So what’s this quality score in Google AdWords campaigns? Put simply, in AdWords campaigns the score rates the popularity and effectiveness of your search phrases and is anywhere from 1 to 10.  A score of 1 could be the lowest while 10 represents an awesome score. So how does this work?

Every single AdWords campaign is built around relevant key phrases that businesses target for their respective offers. A high quality score rates the relevance of your keywords to your landing page. Logically, the higher the relevance of the keywords the greater your quality. To better your quality score in a Google AdWords campaign, you have to consistently build relevant landing pages that have enough valuable content to help those that land there.  A way to assure relevancy  is to use keywords as your URL, headings, and content.

The benefits? If you have a good quality score in AdWords, Google rewards you by having you pay less for clicks and hopefully getting you better positioning in search results. This translates into getting better quality traffic that converts. So quality pays off, doesn’t it?
