Growing The Business

My work is slightly unusual as I work as an income property consultant. What that means is, I travel to clients who have recently purchased a space they intent to use as a rental property and I counsel them on the best ways they can get value for their money. I talk to them about construction options, types of renters they should pursue and even how much they should ask for rent.

At first, nearly all of my business was word of mouth, but as my territory has grown, so too has my need for increased marketing. I decided to start a website a few months ago and did some research on networksolutions.com to fi! nd a good domain name for the company. Once I had that done, my brother helped me throw together a very simple but clean and professional site and it’s up and running! It’s got some photos and my contact information and really does the trick when people ask about what I do. I’m excited to keep growing my business but nearly just as excited about this new website!
