Successful SEO copywriters must be able to write great copy that is optimized for the search engines and it must also be legible to humans, as well.
To create great SEO copy, you must be able to include your keywords in the right places while also allowing it to flow and it must also be easy to read. If you can put your keywords in the right places, you’ll find the search engines will give you a higher ranking for the keywords you’ve utilized. It’s not uncommon to find content that is written well but that doesn’t include the right keywords in it, and that’s when it’s hard for the search engines to rank the site properly. The real key to success with SEO copywriting is to skillfully insert the keywords in such a way that it makes sense. You are about to read about some SEO writing methods that can help you get the most out of your SEO campaign ventures.
Being a good writer is not enough if you want to write with the search engines in mind. SEO copywriting is all about making sure you have the content optimized for the search engines. This means that you don’t even start creating your copy until you’ve selected the keywords you want to target. For this reason, a major part of SEO copywriting is keyword research. You have to remember that you are writing for both the search engines and the people who will be reading your copy, so you have to make it informative and entertaining. For example, let’s say your site is about ‘gardening’, make sure you have this topic researched and you have a list of all the keywords that are related to gardening. Don’t make the mistake of going for too broad keywords here, because the keywords you want to be ranked for have to be non-competitive in nature and have good traffic. So in short, the backbone of your SEO copywriting is the keywords you select, because ultimately that’s what decides how well you rank. Keep in mind when you’re writing your content that you need to make it easier for search engines to index it correctly. Keep your content shown as plain text and not as flash or on graphics, as these won’t help your rankings. Search engines can’t read flash, so they won’t index your site. This can damage your ranking results in the search engines.
Lastly but still important; have 4 or 5 keywords in them when naming your files. Having your keywords in the file name helps you in optimizing your site better and makes it easy for your content to rank. In summary, SEO copywriting is a skill that takes time to develop, so make sure you put in the effort to see great results.

AdWords Ad Copywriting 101

Since the early 2000s, Adwords has been the premium destination for PPC advertisers who want to drive highly qualified and targeted traffic. If you’ve been having some trouble with ad copy, then do continue with this article because in it we go into how to produce higher converting ad copy.
Always remember that your Adwords ad copy, and all PPC ad copy, must talk to the reader in terms of specific benefits. One thing you should never allow yourself to do is think you can get terrific results by using some kind of ad template. The thing to remember about your Adword campaigns is they must be relevant and targeted to your audience. Each ad group represents a different set of keywords and phrases, and that is why you need to talk in specific terms about different benefits, etc. Here’s a simple example: XYZ Shirt Company has dress shirts, casual shirts, long and short sleeves, pullovers, button down, etc. You should have a set of keywords ready for each type of shirt that you will be selling and then proceed to write effective ads for each of those sets. Ok, so what’s the best approach to do this? Each ad group will be based on different main keywords, and you’re the only one who can decide how you want to group your keywords. This is how you make your PPC campaigns the most targeted they can be, and actually this is not just for Google, but all search engine PPC platforms work in a similar manner.
Avoid long words with many syllables, and just make sure that each word really counts and must be there. We always suggest learning how to write effective classified ads because they are identical to PPC ads. So keep in mind that wasted words are really impeding your ability to create a successful ad and campaign, too.
Your ad copy needs to include at least one great benefit because people want to know what they will get out of your product. When in doubt – test, and so just do some split testing with a short list of what you consider to be the best benefits of your product, or service. Your market audience will let you know if you’ve done your job. If you are unsure about this whole “benefits” conversation, then you need to know what a benefit is and how to write them, but it’s not hard. There is no reason on earth why Adwords needs to be rocket science because it isn’t. Every PPC campaign that you launch will go through both profit and loss. Just keep learning tips such as what you just read, and keep getting experience and moving forward. Learn how to craft ad copy that kills, and you will have such an advantage over all the others.

Since the 90′s, we’ve gradually stopped going to the store, the store comes to us.
Affiliate Marketing is like direct selling. Direct Selling carries the potential of awesome financial rewards for individuals who learn to maximize this kind of distribution channel. Why do major corporations such as MCI, U.S. Sprint, Coca Cola, Colgate Palmolive, Gillette, Avon and Fuller Brush, among many others, take part in direct marketing? Because it works! It’s a cheap and effective way to garner market penetration.
According to the Direct Selling Association, this selling approach sets in motion some 12 billion dollars annually on products in the U.S. alone, from vitamins to rain chains. Within its membership, the DSA has recognized 200 companies and about 16 million sellers. Total sales for 2010 $16 billion.
The trend is clear, the most renowned economist of the past few years, Paul Zane Pilzer, predicts that the next trillion dollar industry is the health and welfare and its distribution through network marketing or direct sales.
Robert Reich, former Secretary of Labor estimates that 20 percent of the workforce in the United States is already working on their own. If forecasters are right, that number can approach 100 percent in the coming years.
Experts have long predicted that the twenty-first century is an era of luxury, Internet, health and welfare, a world of abundance designed specifically to accommodate the expectations of consumers. And it will. But this opportunity is only available to those who make smart decisions.
In the coming years, our survival is primarily determined by the decisions we make today, and on the strategies we choose to build our businesses in this Information. Those who choose to work in network marketing today are taking a giant step in the right direction.

If you want to be ahead of the curve then this is the one thing that you should know how to do. In the following article we shall be discussing three effective tips on writing interesting blog posts. By the way, keep in mind that reliable web hosting is absolutely a must. We use and recommend HostGator webhosting.
1. A very unique approach is to write blogs about the professionals in your area of expertise and talk about the positive things that they have done. You will provide appreciation for their success. This will get you a lot of readers and your post will go viral because your made the effort and made the list, which is advantageous to you. There are tons of bloggers that are already doing this and it not difficult to be done in any niche. For example, if your blog is in the weight loss niche, you can talk about the top blogs in weight loss. If you do this correctly, you will get plenty of ongoing traffic.
2.Conduct a survey related to your blog’s topic where you will reveal the results down the road. This again, makes the blog post engaging because it pushes your readers to take part in the poll, which invokes the curiosity factor. This will make your visitors want to come back to your blog and see the survey results and also participate in new polls.
Everyone wants to give their viewpoint and see if others agree with them. We are using this easy ploy to get the readers to interact as much as we can.
3. You also have the capability to talk to other experts in your area and share this information with your blog visitors. Again, this offers real value because your readers can learn from this particular expert’s interview. In exchange the expert corresponds with a larger audience and build up the brand. Another good idea is to have an questions and answer period between the professionals and regular readers where they can ask specific questions. There is a lot you can improve once you begin doing it, so go for it. In conclusion, from the above article we can clearly understand how easy it is to create effective blog posts. It really is easy to accomplish and not difficult at all. You must have a creative flair, be smart and not work hard. Anyone can write a blog post but writing one that gets read is what’s important. As a pay-per-click advertising model, Google Adwords thus far is the standard when it comes to success and visibility. Writing ad copy that moves people to take positive action is tremendously useful in many advertising mediums, and Google Adwords is just another one of them. The remainder of this article speaks directly about 3 proven and effective tips to get you started with writing Adwords ad copy that will boost your conversion rates.
There are several components involved, and just one of them is the call to action. Of course you can always test your ads, split testing, and see how it works for you. This is something from copywriting and direct response ads, and there is no doubt at all that higher conversion rates result from using a call to action statement. It is so important that the reader understand why they should care about your product or service, and the way you make them care is by telling them of a great benefit. In a way, for the searcher you’re nothing but another ad in the many ads on that page full of links. Your benefits offered in your ad are your only means to convince someone to give you their precious time. Google Adwords is all about being relevant in your ad copy, landing page, main website, and everything else in between. If there are any surprises, as in unexpected information, then the reader will only get annoyed and leave you forever. The second AdWords ad copy writing tip is to highlight your unique selling point in your ads. The best approach to writing effective PPC ads is to find out how to write great classified ads. Just remember that all buying decisions are based on emotions and not logic. Ask yourself what are the benefits that your service or product provides to people. But your ad must do more than offer a benefit, you also need to get people’s attention with your headline. How well you can confer your uniqueness and advantage over your competitors will affect your results. Your readers should read your benefits, and it must make them feel that only you have what they’re looking for.
Don’t be afraid to experiment a little bit, and you can offer a glimpse into a personal story with your ads. If you can imply some kind of personal experience in an ad, then that is fine but remember you need to mention the product benefit, etc. Tell them a clear story as to how you achieved something and how they could to.
If you’re not sure if these ad copywritng tips will help you, we understand; so then the thing to do is test them in your campaigns, today. Here, we just touched the tip of the iceberg, so you’ll find there’s more to learn and apply as time goes by.

Affiliate Marketing has become one of the most effective online advertising methods. It is also a great vehicle for anyone with a website to earn money online. There a ton of big-wig affiliates in Canada. Could a move to Canada be warranted? International movers, anyone?
But seriously, lets review what the Affiliate Marketing space is: it’s basically an agreement between a merchant and owner of a website. The web site owner uses his website to promote the merchant’s products. In exchange, the merchant pays a commission on all sales generated by the affiliate. When someone clicks on the link on the affiliate website and proceeds to make a purchase, the affiliate gets a commission. The merchant pays the affiliate only when a customer clicks on the product link and makes a purchase.
Benefits? The merchant gets a t0n of exposure on the affiliates dime. The more affiliates a brand has, the more traffic it gets that can be converted into sales. Affiliate marketing is the equivalent of having an army of sales people doing advertising, who only gets paid if the customer buys. For the affiliate the benefits are: no upfront cost of joining an affiliate program, a healthy revenue stream, with no inventory to buy and stock, since all order fulfillment is done by the merchant.
There are thousands of products and services you can choose to market. And many are back my reputable affiliate managers that are there to help you to become successful. And if you do not make money promoting a product, simply choose another
So there you have it, and easy high-level overview of the affiliate spacen and no international moving required. In a future post, we’ll discuss some strategies on how to become a super affiliate.

This year I became a homeowner (again). I purchased a property on a short sale (a misnomer as the time to close was 6 months, not a short while by any means). In any case, the house needed some work. Baths had to be redone and the kitchen too. The homeowners market is full of good niches for the Internet Marketer. For instance, on things we needed to address in the home, we started with changing the look and feel of the counters.
A popular material today is granite. It’s been said that granite is the most durable of all stones, second only to diamonds. Granite, created from molten rock, can withstand the heat of a hot pot without problems. The hardness of the surface is excellent for handling dough while baking. So, its a long lasting/low maintenance product, and usually impervious to damage.
Granite is an interesting niche. But its not cheap. Properly installed, granite should last a lifetime, which is the justification for its high cost. Caring for a polished finish begins with daily care of what is placed on the surface. Never use the granite as a cutting surface, always use a cutting board. Avoid acidic foods like lemon juice, vinegar and soda remain on the surface to, since they can damage it. And never harsh cleaning products. To clean the surface without leaving streaks, use only a small amount of warm water with a pH balanced dishwashing soap.
Although granite is very hard, some of the minerals it contains are not. Thats why they can be cut along the grain. Even a small grain of sugar, when drag along the surface, can scratch it. Scratches later on invite stains. So avoid dragging pots, pans or appliances across the stone.
Once a year, a penetrating sealer should be applied. Regular polishing will keep the shiny finish . Use a penetrating sealer recommended by the supplier or manufacturer. Avoid using a stone sealer that penetrates the granite, as it will create a cloudy surface that will have to be removed using solvents. The sheen is caused by a layer on the surface, put on there by expert polishing tools used in the polishing of diamonds.
If there is minor damage to a granite countertop, these could be fixed. If a pot or pan leaves a gray or black on the surface can be removed using fine steel wool. If a substance is stuck like glue, you can scrape it with a credit card or a simple razor blade. Small marks made during removal can be polished with fine steel wool. If the granite is cut or cracked, a professional should be called to make repairs invisible.
In addition to its strength, granite is a very beautiful stone that adds color and warmth to any kitchen. With a little care to protect its beauty and utility, granite countertops will last a lifetime.
Better Landing Pages

A big hurdle to overcome in the Affiliate Marketing space is the conversion of your traffic into sales. Why has this been a problem for so many? More than likely, the marketer didn’t focus on the quality of the page but instead on where his traffic came from. Sure, you need targeted visitors, but if you cant get them to buy, whats the point? Therefore, creating a page that converts should be priority number 1. How is this acccomplished?
How are your buttons? Let’s imagine you’re selling rain water barrels and you have your “order now” link buttons all over the place (that’s OK). More than likely they won’t distract a reader from your main value prop. However, if you want your visitors to follow through on your call to action, you need to include a highlighted button that demands they take action to buy your rain harvesting product. Ensure good button size, colors and good wording flow.
Something else to consider is the length of your paragraphs. Keep these short. This is a must! Short paragraphs take less time and energy to read. People are lazy and don’t like to read. Make your paragraphs 2 or 3 sentences long. Less is more in this case.
Lastly, think about what people generally want. Make the pitch about them and not you. Show them how the product solve their problems. This build rappor and trust.
So there you have it – the secrets to profitable landing pages…
Website Promotion

So you got your site up! Now what? Now you need to get people there. There are a ton of ways to do is. Some are cheaper than others, some take time (and time does cost money). SEO or Search Engine Optimization is a key factor in getting noticednes, but there is a lot involved with doing it right. If you’d like to hire someone to do the work for you, there are many companies out there who would be happy to do so, and they’ll be sure to empty your pockets. However, don’t skip the basics. A website without any personal touches isn’t likely to draw in any new customers. Now let’s start with these basic first steps, before worrying about everything else that comes with Search Engine Optimization.
Content Rules- Make sure you understand how far great content can take your site. A website that’s doesn’t have any engaging resources for it’s prospects is going to lose visitors fairly quickly. Be aware of how much information your site contains. Include details about what your company provides to its clients and customers, its background, and personnel bios. You want your website to be a place that prospects can turn to for a complete picture of what you offer. If you’re successful in providing all of the pertinent information, then you’ve decresed your chances that viewers will look elsewhere for answers.
Show your personality- Visitors enjoy feeling like they can relate to you. Win prospects over before they even visit your office, with personalized content and photos. Most of us trust our neighbors more than a stranger in another zip code, so help your prospective clients understand that you’re right nearby. You can even include your personal favorites (foods, movies, travel destinations) in your employee profile. This helps prospects see more of your personality, which helps to build a connection. These little touches will help your site to vary greatly from other basic websites for accountants that your competitors may use.
Pay attention to your dentist, grocer and dog groomer. What do they do to stand out in your mind? Are they friendly? Prompt? Professional? Think of those businessmen/women when building your site, and remember to include your standout qualities. Building connections through personalized content is the best first step in building impressive websites for accountants. Then you could take the subsequent step and put your focus on optimizing your accounting firm’s site for search engines.
It’s In The Mail
by Canvass on October 6, 2011

One of the first things you’ll need to master to promote yourself online via email is writing powerful Subject Lines that focus on benefits, encouraging people to click your links and buy your products.
If you’re just like me, you try to leverage all available webmaster tools to attract as many people as possible to your site. And chances are that you get frustrated by not being able to do the same with email. Although an email message does not take as long to create as a whole website, many sales can be generated if you have a good list, create unique and compelling messages that motivate people to read through them and click through to your site.
But the frustrating part is this: after spending all that time finding and generating a potential subscriber list, encouraging them to visit your site and opting them into a email list, you must now persuade them to open future emails you send them.
Some may not realize how problematic this process can be. I’ve seen marketers manage email campaigns with an open rate of 15%. Yes, you read that right: only one in six people open the emails. You could have 1,000 people on your list, a good deal from any perspective, and only get 150 of them open the message. And this does not even represent the rate of conversion, but just the open rate.
Well, if you can get more people to open your messages, but the conversion rate stays the same, logically from the increased amount of readers you will earn more money. But how is it done? What will cause readers to click your link to find out what you offer? Think of how people respond to unsolicited mail in their literal mailboxes. What helps those ‘open rates’? If we can answer that, we can transfer the same strategy to electronic mail
1st is brevity. On standard 17 ” computer screens or 16″ laptop screens, the average email will only show the first five to ten words of your message. So if you write a headline in 20 words, your recipients will only see half.
Then you need to customize or personalize your Subject Line. Don’t just write, “Read this now!” Instead, write a personalized message to your reader, using the function [! Firstname_fix} provided by Aweber. Usually people are more prone to open an email with their name on it, even if they tend to not to open emailed newsletters.
You should also find ways to nurture their natural curiosity about the niche you are marketing. Despite being skeptical beings, we are naturally very curious creatures. If you play your cards right, you can motivate them to click to find out whats in store for them.
Even the most creative and simple subject lines such as “5 Ways …” or “The Hidden Secret to …” may not motivate many people to open a message. But you can increase the number of readers using subject matter that in itself may not make sense, but is humorous. For instance, if you were to sell a subscription to a magazine, you might attract people with a:”{! Firstname_fix} You’ve been canceled!” It makes no sense because people know that their subscription has not been suspended, but they are likely inclined to click through to see what you mean.
Of course, sensational headlines may fail if you push the envelope to far or lie in an attempt to motivate people to open your messages. And just like people throw away junkmail from their residencial mailboxes, certain buzzwords are synonymous with junk mail in most inboxes. Words like “Free” or “Dowload” may cause your messages to end up in their spam folder, so be careful.
So there you have it – some surefire ways to increase your email marketing performance.
